A full room-by-room heat loss assessment lets us size your radiators or underfloor heating and your pipework correctly for the chosen flow temperature, so your heat pump achieves the efficiency it should.
The report also highlights where extra insulation would help, shows how it would change your system, and compares running costs and carbon savings across different fuels.
Depending on the size of property and complexity of the design. The cost is deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with your heat pump installation with us.
Heat pump not performing as it should?
We offer system consultations for heat pumps installed by others that aren't performing as expected. Our engineers will visit, assess the system and advise how it could be improved, with a quote for any remedial work if needed.

Boilers, repairs and annual servicing
Not ready for a heat pump yet? We install high-efficiency gas boilers, carry out central heating repairs, gas appliance servicing and landlord safety checks, and upgrade heating controls.
Your heat pump, cylinder or boiler should be serviced every year to prevent problems and keep the manufacturer's warranty. If we installed your system, we'll remind you when it's due.
